BRAVO! Essex Skating Club Theatre On Ice is a competitive theatrical skating troupe - the first of its kind in a state of New Jersey. BRAVO! is committed to providing a team atmosphere in which skaters of a variety of ages and skills can work together on both skating and theatrical skills.

BRAVO! participates in various exhibitions, local shows, state charity events and competitions. We will seek out additional opportunities for the teams to perform. Our tentative schedule for the 2009-2010 season is as follows:
Who is eligible?
BRAVO! skaters:
There is no audition process; all who meet the requirements are welcome to join.
There is no upper age limit or test level for the team.
When and where are practices?
Regular weekly practices are held at Codey Arena on Monday evenings from 7-8pm September 8, 2008 - June 22, 2009.
Additional on and off-ice practices will be scheduled as needed. There will be SEVERAL mandatory practices for the team the week prior to the National/International in Chicago.
How much does it cost?
Total tuition for TOI 2008-2009 is $1,200 for the first member and $950 for each additional family member.
Our total budget will depend on the funds raised by fundraising events held throughout the season. Participation in fundraising events is mandatory for skaters and parents.
Are there any other commitments?
BRAVO! requires and encourages the involvement of all parents and skaters. As with any theater group, parents are expected to help out the team by serving on the Board of Directors and/or by working on costumes, sets, publicity, travel, fundraising or social activities.
